About this service
Couples facing infertility receive complete diagnostic evaluation and treatment at the Assisted Reproductive Technology (IVF) Center of Mersin University Hospital, a licensed unit operating under Turkish Ministry of Health regulations. Treatment begins with a thorough workup of both partners and progresses stepwise from ovulation induction and controlled ovarian stimulation to in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), in which a single sperm is injected directly into the egg. A dedicated embryology laboratory manages oocyte retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, and embryo transfer under strict quality control. Fertility preservation, including the freezing of eggs, sperm, or embryos before cancer treatment or for other medical reasons, is also offered. Reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and urologists work as a single team, and treatment plans can be adapted to the travel schedules of international patients.
